How to use & example
- Choose up to 20 JPEG, PNG, or WebP images, each up to 10 MB (80 MB combined).
- Choose a maximum size or percentage, output format, and quality.
- Process the batch, compare original and output sizes, and download your files.
Example
Fit a 3000 × 2000 image within 1600 × 1600: the result is 1600 × 1067. WebP and JPEG quality controls affect file size; PNG remains lossless.
Choose up to 20 JPEG, PNG or WebP still images, each up to 10 MB and 80 MB combined. Re-encoding removes EXIF metadata. Compare actual output sizes: converting formats does not always make a file smaller.
Questions
Do images leave my device?
No. Your browser decodes and re-encodes the files locally. Image contents are not uploaded. Downloaded images are re-encoded without preserving the original EXIF metadata.
Will every image become smaller?
No. File size depends on image content, format, resolution, and quality. A PNG conversion can increase the file size. The result list shows the actual size of each output.
Are animated images supported?
This tool is for still images. Animated WebP or PNG inputs are flattened to a single frame. GIF, HEIC, and SVG are not accepted. Inputs above 32 megapixels and outputs above 16 megapixels are rejected to limit memory use.
