How to use & example
- Paste CSV or load a CSV/TSV file up to 2 MB and 10,000 rows.
- Choose parsing and cleanup options, then load the table.
- Filter or sort the preview, select columns, and download CSV or JSON.
Example
A quoted cell such as "New York, NY" stays in one column. Enable Trim cells and Remove duplicates to clean repeated records before exporting.
Files may be up to 2 MB, with at most 10,000 data rows and 200 columns. Only the first 50 matching rows appear in the preview; downloads include them all. Spreadsheet formula protection is on by default for CSV.
Questions
Are quoted commas and line breaks supported?
Yes. The parser handles quoted delimiters, escaped double quotes, CRLF line endings, UTF-8 BOMs, and line breaks inside quoted cells. Unclosed quotes and inconsistent row widths produce an error.
What does Protect spreadsheet formulas do?
CSV exports prefix cells beginning with formula-triggering characters with an apostrophe. This reduces spreadsheet formula injection when the CSV is opened in spreadsheet software. You can disable it for exact raw output; JSON exports preserve the cell text.
Do exports follow the current preview?
Yes. The search filter, chosen sort order, and selected columns are applied to both CSV and JSON downloads. The visible preview is limited to the first 50 rows, while exports include all matching rows.
